Pricing Guide
Minimum Charge
Our minimum charge is £80, which includes up to the first hour on site.
Hourly Pricing
For longer jobs, the hourly cost becomes more economical as more time is spent on site.
Fixed Quotations
We provide fixed-price quotations based on the visible scope of work for defined jobs.
Materials Policy
Labour and materials are charged separately. Clients can supply their own materials.
Deposits
A deposit or advance payment is required for material purchases exceeding £50.
Parking Charges
Parking, congestion charges, and tolls are not included and are billed separately at cost.
